Day 2:
Activities:
• On the first day of the trek, we will travel by van
from San Isidro de El General to San Gereardo de Rivas (20Kms, we will pick you up at the Hotel in San Isidro at 4:00 a.m. ). After an early breakfast we will begin our hike. Our journey in the cloud forest will be a wonderful experience and will take about 8 hours. The half-way point will be Llano Bonito, and there a picnic lunch will give us energy to continue. Four more hours and we will arrive to the Crestones Base which will give us shelter for the following days. Dinner will make us warm before enjoying our first night in Chirripó.

• Your guide will prepare breakfast while you get ready for hike in the highlands. Today we will visit the highest peak in Costa Rica, Mount Chirripó, from where, weather permitting, we could enjoy the amazing sights of the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans simultaneously, as well as a panoramic view of placid lakes in the Moraines Valley and the Valley of the Lakes. A picnic lunch at the top will certainly be the highest lunch in Costa Rica . We will continue and visit Mount Terbi and the Crestones, great rock formations of the park. Later, back at the lodge, we can take some time to walk along the Talari River while dinner is prepared.

Day 4:
Activities:
• We will prepare to hike down the mountains after breakfast; the time hiking down is usually shorter than on the way up. Many beautiful things you didn't see on the hike up, maybe because you were a little tired, will appear to your eyes to give your trip the final touch. Our lunch will be in Llano Bonito. Once we arrive to San Gerardo we will travel by van to San Isidro
• Transfer to San Gerardo de Dota and accommodation a select hotel or lodge with meals.
